BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger was good and fries were homemade good. Nothing terribly special but good. Staff were pleasant, decor could use some TLC but overall ok. Average diner type pricing, $9.99 for burger and fries.

Stopped here on the way to Washington state and again back home to Woodland. Great food, nice service both times. Local place.

Stopped here for a burger a few weeks ago...... no seasoning, and the wait staff spent most of the time just talking with each other. Good grief.

We stopped in for a late lunch and thought sandwiches would be a safe bet. We were both disappointed. Whatever you do, don't get the chicken melt. The sweet potato fries were good, though. Service wasn't bad, our waitress was the only one on when we were there. She did a good job with all of the tables she had.

    Okay food in a pinch

You know when you go to a restaurant on Saturday night and the place is nearly empty you have made the wrong choice. It's a diner, so you know what you are getting. It was worse than that. There was one waitress on staff, and she was annoyed when we ordered dessert and even tried to talk us out of it. Don't bother going here.

  • Chris C.

Not sure if the other reviewers ate at the same place I did. The food was barely passable, there was only one waitress working on Saturday night, and she was grouchy and rude from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. When we tried to order shakes to go after our meal, she basically tried to talk us out of it by telling us it would be expensive and take a really long time. Overall a horrible experience. Stay away!

Excellent diner type food here. Highly recommend the omellettes (I've had plenty of them here), and great sandwiches too. Excellent biscuits and gravy.

Great menu and great service. We went here first on recommendation of Best Western front desk and were very pleased and went back again on our return trip home. The menu has great section of diner fare. Food was very good, wholesome, and good portions. Great for travelers and locals alike.

We went here with about 8 people after a long day of driving. This place has the feel of an old style diner. The bugers were good and the service was as well. To top it off there was a kids deal that made it that much less.

Bee Gee's has the best breakfasts - great omelettes, yummy biscuits and gravy, tasty corned beef hash. I have heard they have the best cinnamon rolls, but haven't tried one. Lunches are standard diner fare. This place has quick and great service. And don't forget the pie.

  • Portia N.

This is a diner, so you can't expect "dinner house" food. But it is very good diner fare! I have eaten here many times for breakfast, and it is always good, The cinnamon rolls are outrageous! I only get 1/2 of one and that is plenty! If you are there and get Chelsea as a waitress you will get good service, a big smile, and a pleasant experience!

  • Theresa K.

The food was well prepared and really yummy, with very large portions. The diner had good service with a very warm atmosphere. The gravy, chicken fried steak, and meatloaf was amazing!

About 25 years ago, I used to go to Bee Gee's in Phoenix, OR, when I lived nearby. I went there a LOT. My favorite thing was 'Those Potatoes' - hashbrowns, bacon bits (real), cheddar cheese, and I always ordered it with country gravy on top. A HALF order, and it was HUGE! Yesterday, my husband came home from Rogue River, and told me there was a Bee Gee's there! I called them immediately, to see if it was the same, and it is!! So we went - about 3pm on a Sunday. 'Those Potatoes' are JUST the same!! And the gravy is still awesome! And the HALF order is still huge! Hubby had the 'Super Burger' - it has bacon, ham, cheese, etc... he loved it! The service was outstanding, Cindy was our waitress, and it turned out hubby knew her from another restaurant years ago. The gentleman behind the register was the same guy from 25 years ago - either Don or Dan, I'm sorry I don't remember. But it was an all-around great meal, and the place is quite small, but fixed up beautifully, and SUPER clean - restrooms too. We will be back - frequently.

The salad I ordered looks old and wilted and they seem to have dumped a bunch of sugar in my vegetable soup. Service sucks too. What a mistake coming here. Unfortunately, station cafe is closed today.

Clean tables, fast and friendly service. Kids menu with different items for breakfast, lunch, and Dinner. Plenty of varied choices on the adult menu.

Stopped through during a road trip. We definitely made the right choice! We all had breakfast, which arrived fast (granted, the restaurant was mostly empty) and delicious. It was a Tuesday, so a young man offered us the Tuesday coin-flip for a pie slice. If you land on heads, you get a free slice of pie. Couldn't have been more lucky!

On this beautiful Independence Day I rode the rumble bee to Bee Gee's Diner in Rogue River. This is the quintessential small town diner. I ordered the lunch trio: 1/2 sandwich, soup and pie. The sandwich was okay; the vegetable soup was very good and the peach pie filling was good but the crust was excellent. As noted by other reviewers, there was only one waitress and she was very busy. As a consequence service was slow. The waitress and hostess were friendly. (The hostess said that often there is one waitress; occasionally two.)

Had the open faced turkey sandwich... The gravy was soooooooooooooooooo good. Nice, fast service. They were very friendly.

A local institution, BeeGee's offers mostly standard diner fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tonight's soup du jour was a very yummy salmon chowder, hearty, yet delicately seasoned. Explore the pies! Service is warm and friendly. Recommended.

Cruising up to Crater Lake, stopped here... Good ol American Diner, and they had a veggie burger! Bonus! Kids got burgers, wife a BLT, we all liked the food just fine. Home made pies looked AMAZING, but I was too full to try a slice. No, Barry Gibb was not to be found. :/

At first, the restaurant was named T.J. Applebee's RX for Edibles and Elixirs. After the concept was acquired by W.R. Grace and Company, the restaurant was renamed as Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar. Later the company and the Applebee's concept changed hands with Abe Gustin and John Hamra who started the first Applebee's franchise restaurant in Kansas City.
